Haustier is open 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. You can place an order at any time convenient to you. Our consultants will contact you during office hours to confirm the order and clarify the details.
Orders are shipped by Nova Poshta all over Ukraine. We send the package on the same day when the order is placed or the next business day if the order is placed after 2 pm or on the weekend. The delivery time is 1-2 days depending on the region – Kyiv, Lviv, Kharkiv, Odesa, Dnipro.
We also ship our products worldwide. Order processing is up to 3-5 working days, delivery time is 10 days to 7 weeks, depending on the destination country.
